Types of roller skates

Single row roller skates are generally divided into three types: leisure, racing and skills:
1. Casual roller skates emphasize comfort, and the shoe shell should not be too soft, otherwise it may cause ankle sprain. The knife rest of this kind of shoes is integrated with shoes. The wheels should be made of polyester material to ensure enough elasticity and grip effect. The quality of wheels directly affects the effect and safety of learning.
2. In order to reduce the load and give full play to the ankle strength, the upper of racing roller skates is relatively short, and the whole shoe body is made of full leather. Good racing skates have no brake head, some of them are like ice skates. It is characterized by a low center of gravity for stability during sliding, and a large side friction of its racing wheel for acceleration. Racing roller skates are generally based on 5-wheel shoes.
3. Skill roller skates are also called extreme roller skates. They are usually lace up and buckle up, so they are not easy to be dangerous due to loose buckle when doing stunts. The base is also lower than the casual roller skates to maintain a lower center of gravity, and the shoe shell is relatively hard, which can provide safety protection and prevent severe impact. Generally, the front and back wheels are relatively close to reduce the grip, because too strong grip will make some stunts difficult to complete.
